Einride is seeking a Regional Planner in Atlanta to orchestrate a high-performance regional network using our VRP platform and AI-driven agents. You will design load plans, balance regional capacity with brokerage opportunities, and drive yield per mile across our hub network.

You will own forecasting, carrier procurement, and data integrity, leveraging TMS (Qargo) and analytics to optimize operations and margins.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in regional planning, freight brokerage, or carrier operations optimization.
• Experience with modern TMS (Qargo preferred) and comfort using AI tools and algorithmic routing platforms.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, HOS regulations, and freight pricing.
• Analytical prowess: ability to see the 'story' in the data and act on it.
• Negotiation chops: ability to secure the best rates in a volatile market.

Responsabilités

• Identify profitable loads and tenders using VRP data to maximize yield.
• Forecast volume spikes and seasonal surges using historical data.
• Plan loads considering Hours of Service, driver proximity, and home-time requirements.
• Source and vet high-performance third-party carriers to supplement the fleet.
• Maintain real-time accuracy in the TMS (Qargo) and monitor KPIs.
