Job summary

Health Wealth Safe is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care across a regional float pool in Missouri. You will float to Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU, assessing and supporting diverse patient needs with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state or with a compact license.
• Minimum of one year recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for specialty units.
• Certifications: BLS mandatory; ACLS for critical care.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on nursing standards.
• Floating to various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU, serving diverse patient populations.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
