Live Well Homecare is seeking a Regional Float ED Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality emergency care across multiple hospitals in Missouri and Illinois. The role involves floating between facilities and supporting diverse clinical environments.

Applicants should have 2+ years ED RN experience, Missouri license (Illinois license obtainable), and be willing to night shifts and travel. ADN/BSN/MSN with TNCC preferred. A full week of onboarding is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of ED RN experience with trauma and float experience preferred.
• Current Missouri RN license; ability to obtain Illinois RN license.
• Education: ADN, BSN, or MSN; TNCC certification preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts and travel across sites; initial training includes a full week of support

Regional Float ED Registered Nurse (RN)

to provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care across multiple hospitals in Missouri and Illinois. The role involves

floating

between 12 hospitals, practicing exclusively in the Emergency Department, and supporting diverse clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and care planning based on evidence‑based nursing standards
• Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
