Job summary

BJC HealthCare's Central Staffing Office seeks an experienced Regional Float ED RN for a Long-Term Assignment across MO & IL hospitals. You will work three 12-hour night shifts with a rotating weekend/holiday schedule, floating to different facilities while maintaining high-quality ED care.

This role emphasizes consistency within assignments, system support, and opportunities for career development within the BJC network.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Emergency Department RN experience
  • Missouri RN license with ability to obtain Illinois license
  • Willingness to travel between MO & IL facilities
  • ADN/BSN/MSN accepted

Responsibilities

  • Float to ED within the Central Staffing Office for LTAs (2–12 weeks)
  • Provide direct patient care in ED while rotating across facilities
  • Collaborate with interprofessional teams and maintain safety standards
  • Maintain consistency by spending time at a single hospital during the assignment
