Job summary

System Transport is seeking Recent CDL-A flatbed drivers for regional routes with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. This role focuses on transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on flatbeds in the Midwest. Training is available for recent grads.

You can expect strong accessorial pay, transition and orientation pay, solid home time, and weekend breaks on a 34-hour reset, with opportunities for growth on a well-supported fleet.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL-A.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 6+ months of driving experience required (Recent CDL-A grads: training provided).
• A safe driving record on the road is required.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Background check required, and clean drug test.
• Clean Clearinghouse result required.
• Must be physically able to tarp a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform (tested during orientation).

Responsibilities

• Transport flatbed loads such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils and specialty metals.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies while on regional routes.
• Maintain timely home time and accurate records; manage accessorial pay components where applicable.
