System Transport Pawnee City, NE is hiring CDL-A regional flatbed drivers. The role offers higher pay with most weekends off and full-time employment. Drivers handle regional routes, tarp and secure loads, and receive a comprehensive benefits package.

New drivers, including CDL-A graduates, are welcome through 9/30/2026. Home time varies by division; Orientation/pay package provided to support transition and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license, clean driving record, and meet standard hiring requirements.
• 6+ months of driving experience required.
• No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years.
• Able to lift tarp 90 pounds onto 5-foot platform during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods on regional flatbed routes.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance while driving.
• Communicate with dispatch to ensure on-time delivery.
• Tarp, strap, and secure loads as required on flatbed fleet.
