Job summary

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed drivers for regional, local, dedicated and OTR routes. Expect competitive pay and excellent benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and transition/orientation pay. You will haul items like glass, steel, and machinery while adhering to safety standards.

Home time varies by division; full pay includes mileage and accessorial pay. Drivers must meet background checks and drug testing, with tarp lifting required for certain loads.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL.
• 21 years or older.
• 4+ months driving experience required.
• Safe driving record on the road.
• No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years.
• Background check required.
• Clean drug test required.
• Clean Clearinghouse result required.
• Physically able to tarp a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods on flatbed across regional, local, dedicated and OTR routes.
• Secure loads with tarps as required and tarp ~70% of loads.
• Maintain safe driving practices and follow company policies.
• Participate in orientation and complete transition package.
