Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Field Service Technician to be the face of our premium windows and doors, delivering post-sales support and solutions directly to customers. You will manage your schedule, plan routes, and document visits using a company-provided laptop or iPad.

This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving and customer service in a field setting. We offer competitive hourly pay, full benefits from Day 1, profit sharing with 401(k) matching, and a company vehicle with tech tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction experience, especially with windows and doors.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and problem-solving on the fly.
• Clear communication, even when the message is tough, keeping the customer in mind.
• Organized, tech-savvy, able to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders or scaffolding.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and meet DOT medical certification requirements.
