Job Description
The Regional Field Leader, Associate Director will be responsible for the oversight of one of the eighteen geographic regions across three area teams for the US Pain Business Unit, which is preparing for potential commercialization of an investigational novel selective inhibitor of NaV1.8 in acute pain. We are looking for candidates with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results, establishing a strong team culture that aligns with Vertex values, and developing deep strategic account relationships. Regional Leaders will lead a team of 8-10 pain territory account managers and report into one of our three Area Field Leaders, Senior Directors.

$168,000 - $252,000
The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
