Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in field marketing, trade marketing, or brand marketing.
• Strong project management skills with multiple priorities, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Proficient budget tracking, procurement processes, reporting and performance learning.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support field marketing planning and execution across geographies, channels, and priority brands
• Translate national and regional priorities into market plans, calendars, and executional deliverables
• Coordinate sampling, events, activations, POS, trade programming, and promotional materials across markets
• Manage day-to-day agency, vendor, and partner coordination, including briefs, timelines, deliverables, recaps, invoices, and reporting expectations
• Support BI planning, budget tracking, reconciliation, program reporting, and post-program learning across portfolio priorities
• Identify risks, gaps, trade-offs, and opportunities to simplify or improve execution quality in a lean-support environment
• Help establish repeatable tools, templates, tracking, and recap standards that improve consistency, speed, and accountability across markets
