Job summary

All on the Field in Mississippi is hiring Regional Field Directors for the 2026 canvass program. The role is hands-on, leading a region's team of canvassers and team leads, with daily field presence and relocation to Northern Mississippi or the Delta.

You will drive operations, hire and train staff, meet door-count goals, report regional numbers daily, and coordinate with the State Field Director. Previous field management and VAN/MiniVAN experience is preferred; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 1+ cycle of field experience managing canvassers or similar teams.
• Mississippi or Deep South regional familiarity; strong local networks.
• Ability to drive daily and relocate to the assigned region.
• Proficient with VAN/Votebuilder and MiniVAN or able to learn quickly.
• Organized and self-directed; able to manage a region independently.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Run daily canvass operations for your region: turf assignment, launches, checks, debriefs.
• Hire, train, and manage team leads and canvassers in your region at a 1:5 ratio.
• Surface qualitative feedback from canvassers and report daily.
• Meet daily and weekly door goals; address underperforming turf and staff.
• Conduct in-field spot-checks and enforce data quality and integrity.
• Verify canvasser hours daily and submit numbers ahead of payroll.
• Recruit locally with churches, schools, and community networks.
• Manage daily supply cycle and report regional numbers daily.
• Other duties as the program requires.
