Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with Station Managers, Brokerage teams, Sales, Customer Service, and Compliance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for regional escalations and customer concerns.
  • Coordinate with field locations and processing centers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and participate in meetings and reviews.
  • Communicate operational updates, changes, and improvement initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Ensure customers receive excellent service and timely support.
  • Lead resolution of complex service and operational issues.
  • Work with customer-facing teams to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner with Sales to support growth opportunities and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Operations to maintain service quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate communication across teams and locations.
  • Monitor regional performance and customer service metrics.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges.
  • Support process improvements and best practices.
  • Coach and develop brokerage leaders and team members.

This role serves as the primary liaison between field stations, customs brokerage operations, sales, customer service teams, and key customers to ensure consistent execution, service excellence, and regulatory compliance.

Success in this role requires exceptional relationship management, influence without authority, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around customer-focused solutions and operational priorities. The Regional Field Brokerage Manager acts as a trusted advisor and escalation point, driving collaboration across the DHL network to support business growth, customer retention, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Pay Range: $93,142.50 - $124,190.00+ (Based on Experience)

  • Compensation: Competitive base salary plus role dependent performance-based incentives.
