ActOne Group seeks a Farm Manager to oversee a portfolio of regional farms, driving crop yields, quality, and cost control through strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration with on‑site managers.

The role includes budgeting, monitoring performance, irrigation and water rights, crop planning, tenant relations, and regulatory compliance, with regular reporting to stakeholders and precise recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of crop production and agricultural practices.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science/Business or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of agricultural properties within a region, collaborating with on-site managers to evaluate performance and budgets.
• Prepare farm and crop updates and provide written operational reports as required.
• Oversee irrigation, water rights, and crop planning; monitor costs and yields for financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; manage staff, vendors, and leases.
• Support capital improvements, budgeting, and project oversight; supervise operations and safety.
