Job summary

ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers is seeking a Regional Facility Manager to oversee facilities, fleet, and administrative operations across the assigned territory in Elk Grove. You will lead a team of facility managers, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain confidential client interactions with a caring, professional attitude.

Responsibilities include facilities maintenance, fleet logistics, budget monitoring, and staff training.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years as a facility manager, preferably in a therapeutic/medical setting.
  • At least 1 year supervising or managing others.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, able to work with diverse backgrounds and age levels.
  • Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to set clear boundaries with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly facility maintenance inspections and coordinate needed services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and conservation of the facility and service equipment.
  • Ensure safety systems (fire safety) are serviced per ROWI policy.
  • Coordinate with Facility Managers and building management; provide coverage as needed.
  • Manage master keys, staff access, and issuing copies as required.
  • Oversee fleet maintenance, vehicle cleanliness, and fuel logging.
  • Monitor facility budgets, purchases, and expense tracking in Ramp.
  • Order, assemble, and stock office furniture and supplies.

Under the supervision and direction of the CGO, the Regional Facility Manager oversees all aspects of building functions, guaranteeing the safety and functionality of all facilities in an assigned territory. This includes managing a team of facility managers as well as serving as an exemplary role model with a positive, caring, and professional attitude while maintaining the confidential nature of client interactions. The Regional Facility Manager performs duties and responsibilities in a timely manner and as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Facility Maintenance
  • Conduct weekly and routine facility maintenance inspections. This includes planning, documenting, reporting and performing maintenance and/or installment work or outsourcing to service vendors/contractors as needed. Ensuring the facility is safe and “tour ready” at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and general conservation of the facility. This includes regular cleaning of the refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, cabinets, and disposal of expired goods.
  • Responsible for ensuring location External Fire Systems and Fire Extinguishers are serviced as required by ROWI policy and procedures.
  • Provide support to Facility Managers as needed and serve as a liaison between them and building management, including time off coverage.
  • Maintain and secure master keys in safe/lockbox, ordering and issuing copies of facility keys to staff as authorized by position and assignment.
  • Water facility plants as needed.
Fleet Management
  • Conduct weekly company vehicle inspections.
  • Track company vehicle maintenance schedule and book service maintenance appointments.
  • Clean company vehicles inside and out.
  • Fill company vehicles with gas and log mileage.
  • Check diesel exhaust fuels for Sprinter vans as needed.
  • Complete transportation logs as needed.
Finance
  • Monitor facility budgets in conjunction with Chief Growth Officer oversight.
  • Review monthly purchases to reduce costs and eliminate waste and/or redundancy.
  • Track expenses and upload receipts into Ramp weekly.
  • Secure facility credit card.
Office Furniture and Supplies
  • Order, assemble, and maintain office furniture.
  • Order and stock office supplies, tools and client related snacks, meals, bottled water and all nutrition group supplies.
  • Order and stock urine analysis kits and infection control supplies.
Administrative Operations and Compliance
  • Conduct and participate in emergency safety drills, maintain compliance with Joint Commission Standards and HIPAA standards and frequency.
  • Attend monthly operations and quality assurance meetings. This includes preparing and presenting necessary reports and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain and log refrigerator and freezer temperatures according to regulatory compliance standards.
  • Administer urine analysis tests and coordinates Quest Diagnostic pick up.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in the therapeutic setting.
Training
  • Build and conduct training such as Assaultive Behavior Training, CPI and Proact Training in a timely and professional manner, meeting all regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Supervise a team of facility managers across assigned territory.
  • Provide location coverage during periods of time off for Facility Manager I and II.
  • Create and review weekly schedules to ensure proper staff coverage.
  • Oversight of the work of others, ensuring timeliness and compliance.
  • Document employees, goals and conduct performance reviews.
  • Partner with Human Resources on personnel actions, including disciplinary actions.
  • Train new team members as needed.
Basic Education and Experience Required:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of three (3) years experience in a facility manager role, preferably in a therapeutic or medical setting. Must be well-versed in facilities management processes.
  • A minimum of one (1) year supervising or managing the work of others.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds and age levels.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision.
  • Set and maintain clear boundaries with clients and staff.
  • Work effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
  • Engage in appropriate written and verbal communication with client families and other care professionals as needed.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent walking, standing, sitting, bending throughout the entire and regular work shift.
  • Ability and availability to work overtime as needed.

The pay range for this role is:

70,000 - 71,000 USD per year (ROWI Elk Grove Teens)
