Job summary

Uline seeks a Regional Facilities Manager to lead our facilities team across a growing distribution footprint. You will oversee maintenance, custodial and grounds staff, ensuring projects and budgets over $5 million run smoothly at multiple sites.

The role requires strong leadership, CMMS expertise, and willingness to travel to domestic locations. Bachelor's degree is required, Master’s preferred, with 10+ years in large warehouse or retail settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with multiple large warehouses or retail locations.
• Experience managing budgets greater than $5 million.
• Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) experience.
• Ability to travel to Uline’s domestic locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage diverse teams of facilities staff including maintenance, grounds and custodial workers.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and leadership.
• Accurately plan budgets, capital expenses and projects.
• Audit and inspect buildings, sites and equipment for appearance, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Develop policies and guidelines for facilities inspection, setup, maintenance and repair.
