Crunch Fitness is seeking a Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, care, and efficient operation of all equipment and facilities across multiple locations, with travel between Albany, Ithaca, Schenectady, Troy, and S. Burlington, VT.

The role requires supervising maintenance staff, coordinating with management, and ensuring readiness for regular business and events while managing warranties and contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance leadership or equivalent.
• Ability to read manuals and understand equipment operation.
• Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with warranties, licenses, inspections, and service contracts.

Responsabilités

• Inspects and maintains equipment and facilities.
• Ensures facilities and equipment are ready for business and events.
• Maintains warranties, records, licenses, inspections, and contracts.
• Manages inventory and distribution of equipment.
• Provides equipment purchase recommendations.
• Collaborates on budget planning and implementation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
