Job summary

Incyte is seeking a Regional External Affairs & Market Access Manager for Nordrhein-Westfalen, Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz and Saarland. The role focuses on regional reimbursement success and shaping healthcare policy to enable patient access, bridging Market Access with Government Affairs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in science, pharmacy, biology, chemistry, health economy or related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus or preferred for this role.
  • Experience in German healthcare system and policy environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Build strategic relationships with regional political stakeholders (Landtage, health ministries, municipal health authorities).
  • Monitor and report policy and legislative developments relevant to Incyte’s portfolio and pipeline.
  • Serve as Incyte’s voice in regional health alliances and public policy initiatives.
  • Act as trusted advisor to regional institutions (university hospitals, healthcare associations).
  • Co-create and execute integrated account plans coordinating with cross-functional teams.
