Leaf Home, LLC. in Nashville, TN is seeking a Regional Event Marketing Manager to lead a team of Event Marketing Managers and Event Marketers. You will drive regional event marketing programs, manage budgets, and ensure successful execution across assigned markets.

The role emphasizes revenue targets, ROI tracking, collaboration with leadership, and ongoing staff development. Travel within the region, evenings, and weekends are required as events occur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 5+ years of experience of successful multi-unit management positions in direct-to-consumer industries.
• Strong recruiting and training skills.
• Experience with large scale budgeting and planning with proven track record of managing on a multi-unit or regional level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow up.
• Identify, schedule, and plan event calendar for team of Event Marketers and Managers in assigned region.
• Responsibility for budgeting and staffing for identified local events.
• Attend trade shows, home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events and manage event marketing team in generating new sales leads.
• Manage event marketing material and equipment set up and tear down.
• Collaborate with Leadership Team to grow brand presence within the local assigned region.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop District Event Marketing Managers and Event Marketers to create accountability through established Event Marketing goals and KPIs.
• Develop timelines, organizational plans, and internal communications for cohesiveness and transparency across the organization.
• Track and report event metrics to evaluate performance and ROI of events.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Directors.

Position Summary:

The RegionalEvent Marketing Manager is responsible for managing a team of Event Marketing Managers and Event Marketerswithin their designated region. This individual is accountable for their direct report’s performance, ability to exceed revenue targets, maintain budgets, and the successful execution and operations of the Event Marketing Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow up
• Identify, schedule, and plan event calendar for team of Event Marketers and Managers in assigned region.
• Responsibility for budgeting and staffing for identified local events

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience with large scale budgeting and planning with proven track record of managing on a multi-unit or regional level-sales management experience a plus.

• Strong planning and organizational skills, including attention to detail
• Knowledge of current best practices and new strategies for event marketing
• Travel within the assigned territory as needed
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends and pre-scheduled events
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to/from assigned events
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
• Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball”.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “today not tomorrow” mentality.
• Apply active listening skills through the ability to comprehend information presented and respond thoughtfully.
• Detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand, no matter how minute, by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

• Experience in lead generation and/or experiential marketing
• Previous management position(s) in Direct-to-Consumer marketing
• Experience in multi-unit management

Travel Requirements:

• Occasional overnight travel required.
