Job summary

NREP, a leading American contractor in the Atlanta area, is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to drive health and safety performance across construction projects. You will partner with field leadership to ensure consistent EHS standards are applied on site.

Based in Atlanta, the role offers collaboration with operational teams, exposure to large-scale infrastructure, and opportunities for career growth within a company known for its people-focused culture and internal progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' EHS experience within construction.
• Experience supporting excavation, utility, civil, or infrastructure projects desirable.
• ASP, CSP or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership and oversight for health and safety programmes.
• Support project teams in achieving compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and risk assessments across multiple locations.
• Review incidents, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Develop strong relationships with field personnel and operational leaders.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver training, coaching, and guidance to employees at all levels.
• Champion a positive safety culture throughout the organisation.
