Job summary

Credence is seeking a Data Scientist to support the 9AF (AFCENT) Intelligence Directorate in USCENTCOM AOR and Shaw AFB, SC. The role emphasizes analysis, research, and production of intelligence products for decision makers and staff reviews.

The selected candidate will contribute to predictive and forensic analysis, author intelligence estimates, and support planning and training activities within a high-stakes defense environment.

Qualifications

• Provide expert support through research, analysis, collaboration, and authoring of intelligence products related to emerging events in the AOR, adverse leadership intent, and mission implications.
• Produce training on predictive and forensic analysis focusing on environmental, economic, and socio-cultural factors driving dynamics in the AOR.
• Support planning by authoring and reviewing intelligence estimates, requirements, and annexes for 9AF (AFCENT).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the adversary Airpower authority on 9AF (AFCENT)'s Red Team during war-gaming and exercises.
• Foster peer-to-peer collaboration and vet products for accuracy and tradecraft.
• Coordinate with key national and international intelligence elements to support mission success.
