Job summary

ABM is seeking a Sports & Entertainment District Manager to lead facility services across a geographic region, collaborating with regional leaders to meet contractual and budget targets. Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Facility Services industry and market dynamics; understands budgets and financial results.
• Understand ABM and its services; can describe solutions and optimize resources.
• Strong written and spoken communication; ability to plan, multitask and meet strict deadlines; work independently.
• Build internal and external relationships across multiple entities; provide leadership to regional managers/directors.
• Apply a need-based, consultative sales approach to generate leads, set appointments and close opportunities.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and ethics codes; ensure team compliance.
• Ten years of prior management experience in the Facility Services field, including operations management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operational success of areas of responsibility; provide direction to branches for profitability.
• Develop strategies with regional/market teams to retain customers through high-quality, cost-effective services.
• Identify potential new customers and plan steps to secure new accounts.
• Ensure market follows ABM SOPs and collaborates with COE on best practices.
• Foster effective relationships with customers; monitor services to ensure contractual adherence and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to acquire new customers; build relationships to understand requirements and present ABM facilities services.
• Observe and evaluate services; recommend actions to improve performance, efficiency, and sales growth.
• Maintain relationships with labor unions; provide leadership to employees in markets; promote positive relations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and ABM policies; support audits and corrective actions.
