  • Drive operational excellence with clear accountability for throughput, service, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.

  • Identify, evaluate, and implement automation solutions such as conveyor and sortation systems, pick‑to‑light or put‑to‑light technology, robotics, AMRs, automated storage, scanning, and packaging optimization.

  • Champion the use of AI and advanced analytics to improve labor planning, slotting, wave planning, forecasting, inventory placement, exception management, and real‑time operational decisions.

  • Build a customer‑centric fulfillment operation focused on order accuracy, on‑time shipment, speed to customer, and proactive issue resolution.

  • Establish and manage site KPIs, including units per hour, order cycle time, dock‑to‑stock time, fill rate, OTIF, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, and cost per order.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and root‑cause problem‑solving methodologies.

  • Partner cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT, Engineering, Transportation, and Commercial teams to improve service performance and network alignment.

  • Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, coaching, and performance management for supervisors and frontline teams.

  • Create a culture of safety, engagement, accountability, and operational discipline while managing budgets and operating expenses responsibly.
