METHODIST MANSFIELD MEDICAL CENTER is seeking a Director of Transplant Services to provide strategic leadership and operational direction for the transplant group. You will align clinical functions, optimize resources, and foster collaboration across teams to enhance patient outcomes and staff effectiveness.

The role requires RN licensure in Texas, a BS in Business Administration or healthcare, an MBA preferred, and 5+ years leading a group practice of 6+ physicians with 3+ years managing RNs.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Texas (RN licensed in TX).
• BS in Business Administration or healthcare field.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience managing a group practice of 6+ physicians; minimum three years’ experience managing RNs.

Job Purpose To provide strategic leadership and operational direction for the transplant group by aligning clinical functions, optimizing resources, and fostering collaboration across teams. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting organizational goals, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, and advancing initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, staff effectiveness, and the overall performance and sustainability of transplant services.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Completion and graduation from accredited nursing program
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant healthcare field
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, preferred
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, American Heart Association
• Minimum five years’ experience managing a group practice of 6 or more physicians
• Minimum three years’ experience managing RNs
