Overview
The Regional Director, Sales is responsible for the development and execution of the Benedictine Master Sales Plan and Community Specific Sales Process. This position will directly influence the maximization of occupancy to meet or exceed regional census goals. This position is accountable for driving a culture of sales across all housing and SNF communities.
Responsibilities
Responsible for sales activities to meet or exceed occupancy throughout assigned Benedictine communities.
- Responsible for maintaining professional and technical knowledge of the senior living industry, associated markets, sales techniques and sales technology. Responsible for training dissemination and compliance of established systems and sales processes.
- Manages the selection, training, development and performance of assigned staff to retain a motivated, professional workforce for Benedictine.
- Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, sales management, communication, business management or other related area of study
- Strong communication skills to articulate training, presentations and reports
- Ability to travel up to 75% of work time
- Ability to travel via car, airplane, and train
- Experience within the marketing and sales disciplines
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED
- Five (5) or more years in sales leadership preferably in senior industry
- Five (5) or more years of experience as a sales professional or related experience
- Skilled in industry-related or sales software
