As a Regional Director of Sales, you will lead a high‑performing commercial team responsible for driving adoption of Vivistim across your region. You’ll coach and develop Territory Managers and Therapy Development Specialists while building sustainable referral networks, expanding Centers of Excellence, and partnering with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes.
This is a highly strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and enjoys building teams, developing markets, and launching innovative medical technologies.
The on‑target earnings (OTE) for this position are $400,000 annually, comprised of a $175,000 base salary and $225,000 target commission opportunity.
