Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in legal operations, professional services, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years proven leadership experience in office administration, legal operations, professional services, or a related field.
• Strong supervisory and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of standardized processes, SOPs, and best practices across the region.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and development of Office Administrators.
• Partner with HR and office leadership to align operations with firm objectives.
• Drive financial accountability, budget oversight, and expense reporting for the region.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with HR Business Partners, Office Managing Principals, and others.
