Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is a growing therapy management organization serving SNF/ALF providers. We seek a Regional Director of Operations with a strong clinical operations mindset to lead across multiple sites within the Northeast region.

This full-time remote position requires travel to facilities, licensure as a therapist, and a proven track record in PDPM, reimbursement, and compliance. Join a company with a positive culture and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Therapist with completion of degree from an accredited program and license in the state of employment.
• Three to five years of clinical experience in long-term care including supervisory/admin/consultative roles.
• Prior multi-site management experience with clinical process, training, and mentoring.
• Strong knowledge of PDPM, Medicare reimbursement, compliance and eligibility.
• Experience with Net Health and PointClickCare documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation, training and support for the assigned area.
• Analyze systems and processes to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and implement recommended changes.
• Conduct periodic audits to promote facility best practices and accurate documentation.
• Promote patient-focused care and an excellent customer experience across sites.

Preferably looking for a candidate well versed in Clinical Reimbursement and Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) in the arena of rehab relating toPhysical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathologist disciplines. Regional Therapy Director Job Summary:

This position provides extensive training, analysis, advice and consultation to the facilities and teams within his/her area of responsibility in the Northeast United States. Monitors, consults, and makes effective recommendations for changes and modifications to existing facility processes, systems, policies, and practices which will assure efficient, effective, and compliant rehab oversight and payment performance.

Regional Therapy Director Job Functionsinclude, but are not limited to:

• In-depth knowledge of reimbursement methodologies for therapy, specifically PDPM preferred
• Provides consultation, training, and support for assigned area
• Analyzes systems and processes to ensure compliance that federal and state regulations as well as company policies and procedures are followed
• Works in conjunction with teams to resolve issues, endorse changes and conduct follow-ups to establish that recommendations are effectively implemented and monitored for appropriateness.
• Promotes compliance by performing periodic audits of assessments, supporting documentation, and other relevant data.
• Recognizes, advises, and promotes facility best practices and systems
• Working knowledge of Medicare rules, regulations, billing codes
• Understanding of HIPAA privacy rules and regulations
• Strong ability to communicate with others, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Regional Therapy Director Qualifications:

• Therapist with completion of degree in from accredited program and licensed in the state of employment
• Three to five years of clinical experience in a long-term care setting, which includes supervisory, administrative, or consultative capacities
• MUST HAVE prior multi-site management with a background in clinical processes. training and mentoring
• Current knowledge of computer technology and systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance, yet successfully collaborate with teams internally and externally
• Extensive knowledge of PDPM, Medicare reimbursement, compliance and eligibility
• Experience with Net Health, Point Click Care documentation systems
• BASED in Massachusetts or Illinois
• MUST have an Active Therapy license (PT, OT, SLP, OTA, or PTA)
