Job summary

Valet Living, LLC is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and empower a team of Operations Managers, Area Leaders, and service teams across a large region in Denver. You set strategic direction, drive performance, and optimize processes to deliver top-tier service to clients.

You will manage P&L, budgets, travel up to 40%, and collaborate with Sales and Field Ops to grow the business while ensuring safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing remote teams across multiple geographies.
• Strong leadership and talent development capabilities with recruitment, training and coaching responsibility.
• Financial acumen with P&L or cost center management experience and ability to manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead High-Impact Teams: Guide and mentor a team of Operations Managers and Area Leaders, driving accountability and high performance to achieve growth.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals to drive efficiency and service quality.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage P&L and cost accountability, ensuring operations stay within budget while maximizing profitability.
• Resource Planning & Agility: Oversee planning to meet evolving challenges and opportunities across the region.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Client Partnerships: Build trusted client relationships to ensure satisfaction and growth.
• Talent Development: Lead talent strategies with HR to recruit, develop, and retain top teams.
• Business Growth: Collaborate with Sales and Field Ops to expand services and optimize relationships.
• Fleet & Inventory Management: Coordinate with Fleet team to meet regional needs.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
