Job summary

Centurion is seeking a Regional Director of Nursing for our Hagerstown, MD site. You will lead the nursing team within a multidisciplinary setting, directing clinical and administrative activities to ensure compliant patient care delivery.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, a BSN, and have five+ years of supervisory experience; an MSN is preferred. Corrections/forensics exposure and ability to obtain security clearance are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing with current licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum five years supervisory nursing experience.
• Corrections/forensics experience preferred; security clearance ability.
• Strong leadership and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Direct the nursing team and multidisciplinary treatment staff.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing services and admin activities.
• Ensure patient care orders comply with laws and facility rules.
• Communicate with teams, document clearly, and attend meetings.
