  • Partner with operational leaders on leadership performance, succession planning, transitions, restructures, and organizational change.
  • Oversee complex investigations, sensitive terminations, and high-risk employee relations matters involving employment law, leave, accommodation, wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment, or retaliation concerns.
  • Promote consistent application of company policies and HR practices across assigned care centers.
  • Lead regional HR audits, corrective action plans, and compliance initiatives.
  • Oversee unemployment claims, appeals, hearings, documentation, and trend analysis to reduce avoidable cost and risk.
  • Support acquisitions, transitions, and enterprise HR initiatives while maintaining strong partnerships with Legal and corporate resources.
  • Conduct regular facility visits to assess HR operations, strengthen communication, and support leaders and employees.

  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, investigations, retention, compliance, performance management, and leadership consultation.
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and sound HR practices.
  • Ability to analyze workforce data, identify trends, develop practical solutions, and measure results.
  • Excellent communication, judgment, organization, relationship-management, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with email, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and HR technology.
