Cambridge Investment Group is seeking a Regional Director to provide supervisory compliance and relationship management support within the Advocacy and Supervision department. This role works under leadership to support Financial Professionals by forming strong partnerships with the firm, while ensuring business activities comply with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience in financial services, relationship management, or compliance.
• Familiarity with supervisory review, regulatory documentation, licensing and escalation practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data reporting tools; capable of adopting AI/automation as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise securities activities by reviewing sales activity and regulatory documentation.
• Serve as escalation contact for OSJ Supervisors, Financial Professionals, and internal partners.
• Travel 8–10 weeks per year for supervisory office visits and related business needs.
• Partner with teams to implement growth strategies and communicate new policies and services.
