Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is recruiting a Resident Regional Director to oversee operations across multiple offices for client contracts. You will lead client relationships, drive expansion opportunities, and ensure contractual and financial objectives are met.

You will develop talent, manage performance across sites, and collaborate with operations and business development to deliver high-quality service and sustainable growth. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Five years of progressive management responsibility in a field directly related to this position with successful multi-site leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client relationship within the approved budget, while providing the client with maximum value.
• Identify potential expansion of business, generate proposals and close new business to achieve the financial and sales goals for the assigned area per terms.
• Collaborate with Business Development to review RFPs, pricing and service agreements.
• Maintain database (Salesforce) for prospects and new business.
• Attend networking events and participate in trade associations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure daily notes from field are reviewed with operations teams.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customers’ emails throughout the day.
• Oversight of payroll to ensure timely and accurate submission.
• Conduct weekly operations meetings and monthly training sessions.
• Partner with Operations to correct service deficiencies; walk sites with Operations when needed.
• Develop and implement sustainable action plans as required.
• Perform monthly P&L review with the operations teams.
• Manage and ensure effective communication between facility locations, Office Management, and all corporate departments.
• Develop onboarding schedule for all new hires and account transitions.
• Manage performance of operations teams, including evaluating, coaching, developing and disciplining members as needed.
• Effectively use MasterCorp’s scheduling program, MasterMind.
• Provide oversight to ensure managers control labor and other expenses per budget.
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices to ensure accuracy and set budgets.
• Manage subcontractor agreements to ensure quality and budgets expectations are met.
