Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Regional Director of Field Medical to lead the MSL team in support of cancer immunotherapy objectives. You will develop regional strategies and mentor field staff.

The role requires strong leadership, deep drug development knowledge, and the ability to travel to engage key opinion leaders, investigators, and cross-functional partners.

Office-based with regional travel; focus on compliant, data-driven field medical activities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) preferred.
• 8+ years industry experience with at least 2 years in MSL leadership or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Understanding of drug development and immuno-oncology.
• Ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Willingness to travel.
