Community Options, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director to oversee operations across Cumberland, York, Lancaster, Northumberland, and Columbia counties in Pennsylvania. The role supervises Executive Directors and drives person-centered services while building strong teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Three to five years of relevant ID field experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to partner with internal/external stakeholders and officials.
• Excellent time management with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Confident with public speaking at events and conferences.
• Team oriented with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to impart knowledge to others.
• Maintain effective relationships with management, staff, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Executive Directors and ensures they perform essential functions.
• Assist Executive Directors in developing and maintaining COBAC.
• Oversee compliance with state and corporate regulations.
• Oversee development of residential homes, Community Participation Support, and other services.
• Represent COI at local speaking opportunities for recruitment and public relations.
• Act as Executive Director in their absence for the region.
• Develop and oversee budgets and proper execution.
• Employees must cooperate with inspectors and department staff.
• Additional tasks may be assigned.
