Job description

DealerCMO is searching for a proactive Regional Director to expand our dealer network nationwide. As the only Results Company in the automotive industry, we work closely with dealership partners to guarantee success. In this role, you will drive expansion of dealer business, highlight our unique services and digital products, and implement targeted sales strategies to grow local markets and boost profitability.

Who you are
  • Seasoned sales professional with an established client base of auto dealers.
  • Hunter and known as “The Closer”.
  • Ability to communicate with General Managers, Dealer Principals and other automotive industry professionals.
What you bring to the table
  • Automotive industry experience & relevant dealer contacts.
  • Experience working in a sales role dealing directly with decision makers (General Managers and Owners).
  • The ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
  • Preferred: Digital marketing sales experience.
  • A working knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Your duties
  • Prospecting for sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Create opportunities (in dealership and virtual) to achieve sales goals.
  • Direct and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, presentations, proposals and contracts.
  • Accurately forecast current and future month’s sales vs. objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between DealerCMO and our dealer clients.
  • Report all daily sales activity in company CRM for planning and success tracking.
  • Quota and KPI management for the assigned territory.
