This high-impact leadership role is responsible for overseeing operations across multiple childcare and early education academy locations throughout the Seattle region. The Regional Director will serve as a strategic and hands‑on operational leader focused on enrollment growth, staffing optimization, licensing compliance, team development, and overall site performance. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership and Center Directors to drive operational consistency, employee engagement, and exceptional family experiences across all locations.
