Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) with licensure/certification.
• 2 years of clinical experience in senior living environment.
• Bachelor’s in Nutrition/Dietetics; successful completion of Dietetic Internship; member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates resident nutritional needs and establishes an individualized plan of care.
• Monitors resident status and takes appropriate actions.
• Works with dining services to ensure seven-day operation.
• Creates and maintains documentation.
• Updates professional knowledge and communicates objectives.
