Job summary

Journey is seeking a RegionalRegistered Dietitian to provide expert nutritional care, assess needs, and develop care plans for residents, coordinating with healthcare teams to meet regulatory standards.

You will ensure compliant diet management and offer compassionate, evidence-based nutritional support while contributing to a team-driven environment and opportunities for professional growth at our Louisville location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from an accredited institution.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and state licensure as required.
• Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Nutritional Assessment & Care Plans: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and adjust them based on residents' health conditions and dietary needs.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare teams to ensure diet modifications align with residents' medical conditions and care goals.
• Compliance & Education: Ensure adherence to state and federal dietary regulations while educating residents, families, and staff on nutrition and special diet requirements.
