Job summary

Myidealdental is seeking a Regional Dental Director for the DFW West area to lead clinical practices and ensure high-quality patient care across multiple locations. The RDD will play a pivotal role in provider management, operational collaboration, and financial leadership. A DMD or DDS with at least 5 years of experience, including prior leadership roles, is required.

The position involves fostering clinical excellence and supporting new doctors while floating between offices to provide mentorship and team-building efforts. Strong knowledge of compliance and dental operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience, preferably with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in a DSO or multi-site dental environment strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, quality assurance, and dental operations.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of clinical excellence and provide oversight to regional dentists.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and retention of dental providers.
• Partner with Regional Operations Managers to drive practice efficiency.
• Assist in setting regional goals and monitor key performance indicators.
