Performance Food Group is seeking CDL-A drivers to deliver food and related products across intrastate and interstate routes. You will operate tractor-trailer or straight truck, handle loading/unloading, and ensure on-time delivery while complying with DOT regulations.
The role includes a 4–5 day workweek with start times between 11 PM and 3 AM, plus 5 weeks of paid training in Portland. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants, with comprehensive benefits from Day 1.
Performance Foodservice, PFG's broadline distributor, maintains a unique relationship with a variety of local customers, including independent restaurants and hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with customers, providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies. The Performance team delivers delicious food and helps independent restaurant owners achieve their goals.

Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country's food supply chain. Our delivery drivers ensure customers' products arrive on time and in good condition, and they are the face of our company — building lasting relationships with customers.
The CDL-A Driver is responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road routes, shuttle, overnight, and drive-and-drop routes to deliver and unload food and related products to customers in a safe and timely manner in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Communicates professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers. Functions as a team member and performs duties to best serve the company.
