Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Regional Commissioning Manager for Data Center projects. This remote role requires regular travel to jobsites and offices, overseeing commissioning plans, audits, and coordination with PM teams to ensure on-time, safe startup of critical electrical systems.

You will lead regional commissioning teams, train onsite staff, develop PSCxPs, manage vendor programs, and drive best practice across the division while reporting to the Director of Field Operations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of project engineering, field or project management experience.
• Experience with commissioning in data center environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional commissioning program execution and audits across projects.
• Develop PSCxP documentation and ensure compliance with CMS.
• Train onsite teams and drive continuous improvement in commissioning processes.
• Collaborate with PM teams and clients to coordinate energizations and testing.
