Job summary

Fisher Investments in Plano, TX is seeking a GCM Custodian Relationship Manager to lead regional B2B custodian relationships, set priorities, oversee service quality, and drive onboarding, performance management, and contract support.

You will coordinate with custodians and internal teams to deliver custody capabilities, manage risk, and push improvements while reporting to a GCM Team Leader. This is an in-office role with potential for a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in B2B or financial services.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary B2B relationship lead for a geographic region, accountable for partnership success, service quality, and value delivery across the region.
• Build and maintain strong custodian relationships to ensure issue resolution and mutual value for end clients.
• Manage the regional custody program to ensure partners meet our requirements and KPIs.
• Lead coordination with our teams and custodians to deliver custody capabilities aligned with our goals.
• Bring enhancements to custodian performance and evaluation processes, including reporting and due diligence.
