Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Regional Chief Technology Officer, NAMER West to serve as a strategic technology advisor for enterprise clients across the region. You will shape architecture conversations, drive long-term roadmaps, and partner with sales, account management, and marketing to elevate market presence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years advising on technology strategy for enterprise clients and C-level executives.
• Strong ERP deployment knowledge including Oracle and SAP.
• Public speaking experience and ability to deliver thought leadership content.
• Ability to build executive credibility and influence sales and client growth.
• Experience shaping long-term roadmaps and reference architectures.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on enterprise architecture and road mapping.
• Discuss ERP, cloud infrastructure, and data integration with clients.
• Build executive credibility to support sales and account teams.
• Identify opportunities and establish trusted advisor status with clients.
• Represent the organization publicly at industry events and through content.
• Collaborate with marketing to produce webinars and thought leadership material.
