Joint Commission Resources (JCR) seeks an experienced CSR consultant to lead on-site consultations and education for hospitals and health systems in Ohio. You will ensure service readiness, support performance improvement efforts, and collaborate with state hospital associations.

The role requires a Master’s degree in health care or related field, 10 years of senior experience, and a CPHQ certification (to be obtained if not already held within one year).

Formación

• Master’s degree in health care or related field.
• Ten years overall experience in integrated health care systems or managed care.
• Extensive knowledge of Joint Commission standards and CMS requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to teach and present to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel 100% and operate across multiple sites.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees CSR program deliverables per contract terms.
• Provides on-site consultation and education to healthcare organizations.
• Develops action plans based on self-assessments and survey findings.
• Supports sales and expansion of CSR services and related products.
• Travels to client sites as needed, including weekends.
