Job summary

Wagman, Inc. is seeking a Crane Operator with concrete experience to join the Mid Atlantic heavy civil team, primarily in MD/VA. The candidate must hold NCCCO certification, have TLL and LBC, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Travel regionally is required, and the role is safety-sensitive with drug testing.

Qualifications

• NCCCO certification required; TLL and LBC required.
• 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment including hydraulic/rough-terrain cranes, friction trucks, lattice-boom crawlers.
• Experience with concrete pouring, piles, and related rigging is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate crane controls to move loads safely according to signals and procedures.
• Inspect crane and hoisting equipment daily; log maintenance issues.
• Read load charts and determine safe operating limits for operations.
• Set up and dismantle crane; drive piles when required.
