Job summary

IPS, Integrated Project Services, LLC, is seeking a CQV Regional Manager to lead commissioning, qualification, and validation efforts across our life sciences client base in the Burlington, MA region. This role emphasizes cGMP compliance, project oversight, and the development of high‑performing teams.

You will manage budgets and schedules, coordinate regional staffing, support business development, mentor staff, and partner with senior directors to raise IPS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10–15 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, Medical Device with GMP validation.
• Experience writing and executing PQ protocols and related validation activities.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for the successful delivery of CQV projects in the designated region.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, deliverables, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain contact with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead compliance service activities and region-specific CQV activities.
• Support business development strategies and activities.
• Develop and maintain industry presence and network to generate opportunities.
• Mentor and manage a regional compliance staff team.
