Waste Pro SE Florida invites a Regional Controller to lead financial operations across multiple locations, partnering with regional leadership to drive profitability and strategic decisions. This role demands deep industry experience in waste services and a proven ability to manage multi-location finances.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial reporting, while mentoring regional accounting staff and ensuring GAAP compliance in a fast-paced environment near West

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting/financial leadership experience.
• Experience as Regional Controller or similar in waste/recycling/environmental services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to partner with operations and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close processes and financial reporting across multiple divisions.
• Analyze profitability, costs, and key financial metrics to drive margins and EBITDA.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and capex planning for the region.
• Provide financial presentations to executives and assist in M&A activities.
• Mentor regional accounting staff and strengthen internal controls.
