Are you a strategic accounting leader with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence? Join our dynamic team as a Regional Financial Controller, where you'll provide financial oversight and leadership across multiple manufacturing locations.

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our finance team, you'll:

  • Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies
  • Lead standardization of reporting and internal controls across sites
  • Drive process improvement and support new systems implementation
  • Conduct SOX testing and implement corrective actions
  • Hire, train, and mentor plant controllers
  • Step in as acting controller when needed
  • Partner with management on planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement
  • Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and operational analyses
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review monthly reports, journal entries, and reconciliations for accuracy and compliance
  • Develop tools/templates in Excel, Adaptive, and PowerPoint to support standardized processes
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and best practice implementation
  • Perform internal control reviews and support audit requirements
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making at all levels
  • Build working knowledge of Microsoft NAV ERP (and future systems)
Supervisory Scope:
  • Directly manage 2-4 team members
  • Collaborate with plant controllers, corporate finance, and operations leaders
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CMA, CPA, or MBA a plus)
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience in manufacturing accounting
  • Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory, AP, payroll, and receivables
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
