Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of financial management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong cost accounting, financial analysis, and ERP knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per GAAP.
• Monitor inventory, costing for raw materials, WIP and finished goods.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management.
