Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a leading healthcare company to recruit an experienced Regional Controller in Houston. The role reports to the Controller and drives regional accounting, financial reporting, and controls across multiple entities.

As an individual contributor, you will manage budgeting analyses, financial reporting, and ad hoc inquiries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and SOX compliance in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment, ideally within organizations with multiple entities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong ERP systems experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional businesses, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
• Ability to navigate a high-growth, rapidly changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial accuracy and completeness for the region.
• Conduct various analyses and assist in budgeting.
• Collaborate with different departments.
• Provide timely and accurate reports.
• Analyze financial results and offer insights.
• Support stakeholders with ad hoc requests.
• Calculate and record bonuses.
• Review and approve invoices.
